Hi,

I am Yulia and I am the mother of Lavi, a sweet and charming Canavan child.

Lavi is only 22 months old and with the blessed help of treatments,  is progressing neurologically : he can see and hear.

BUT Lavi's only real hope, like many other Canavan children, to defeat this disease is to undergo brain surgery of stem cell transplantation.

We have been trying to raise money to fund the research Dr Leone is conducting on stem cells.
